Not every night is gourmet!

Not every meal is an inspired one. I actually like the simplicity and bland taste of frozen foods every now and then - especially when I'm tired and need quick energy. What meals do you resort to when you're tired and need a quick, totally uncomplicated meal? No takeout/carryins, please.

Spring greens and pasta

Here's an easy recipe I concocted. You need: bunch of Swiss chard, 14 oz. can Italian diced tomato, 1 19 oz. can chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 1 finely sliced onion, 3 finely chopped garlic cloves, salt, pepper, dried oregano flakes, freshly squeezed lemon juice to taste.
